Particle engine [2008] (Cross-platform, C++, OpenGL)

The engine

This particle engine is part of libosime which handles all rendering in Dalliance of deities. It is object-oriented and open source. The source code is currently bundled with Dalliance of deities source release and is under BSD-style license.

System requirements

  • Tested on 32-bit Windows XP and Linux OS.
  • Requires OpenGL (at least version 1.5 for subtractive rendering)
